Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and executing growth opportunities across multiple channels.
  • Developing and testing positioning, messaging, and market strategies.
  • Building relationships with prospective customers, partners, advisors, institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Conducting discovery conversations and gathering market feedback.
  • Creating and managing outreach initiatives and partnership programs.
  • Supporting commercialization efforts and early revenue generation.
  • Designing and evaluating growth experiments using measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with product development to align market feedback with product direction.
  • Establishing foundational growth processes, systems, and operational practices.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and long-term company development.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in business development, growth, partnerships, sales, marketing, community building, or related functions.
  • Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment with limited structure.
  • Demonstrated project management and execution capability.
  • Comfort working in environments characterized by ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Interest in technology, digital platforms, governance systems, public discourse, institutional communication, or related fields.
  • Experience building early-stage initiatives, businesses, communities, partnerships, or commercial programs is highly valued.
  • Background in business, economics, behavioral science, technology, communications, public policy, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
