Job Summary

Drive the go-to-market and developer adoption for an API-first infrastructure platform, building a zero-to-scale enterprise motion and external voice.

  • Own and optimize the self-serve developer and agent adoption motion from first API key to sustained usage.
  • Must-have: 7+ years in growth/GTM or commercial leadership at API-first or cloud infra companies.
  • Standout: proven ability to build enterprise motion from zero and establish external voice through content and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale AIsa's self-serve developer and agent adoption motion. Define the activation funnel — from first API key to sustained usage — and systematically optimize every step.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that drive integration and distribution — whether embedded as default resource layer, co-GTM with cloud providers, or ecosystem plays that expand surface area.
  • Build the enterprise motion from scratch — identifying target accounts, running the sales cycle, defining pricing, packaging, and closing contracts.
  • Own external voice. Produce high-signal content that establishes AIsa as the definitive infrastructure layer for the agent economy. This means thought leadership, technical content, speaking engagements, and community presence — not generic marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, GTM, or commercial leadership roles at technology companies, with at least one stint at an API-first, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure company (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI)
  • Proven track record of building a PLG motion from scratch at an early-stage company — including setting up the growth function, defining metrics, and driving measurable adoption
  • Direct experience building and scaling enterprise business from zero — identifying ICP, running sales cycles, closing contracts, and growing enterprise as a percentage of revenue
  • Deep understanding of API products, developer adoption patterns, and usage-based business models
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products and a working understanding of agent architectures, tool-use patterns, and the emerging agent ecosystem
  • Strong technical acumen — reading API docs, understanding system architectures, and engaging with engineering teams and technical buyers
  • Experience at blockchain infrastructure or Web3 developer platform company (e.g., node providers, RPC infrastructure, wallet SDKs)

Preferred

  • Experience with infrastructure products serving both individual developers and enterprise customers (dual PLG + enterprise motion)
  • Track record of building and managing ecosystem partnerships that drove meaningful product integration and distribution
  • Prior founding or early-hire experience (employee #1–20) at a venture-backed startup with demonstrated ability to operate across multiple functions simultaneously
  • Experience contributing to product development alongside GTM execution — e.g., shaping product roadmap, defining features based on customer feedback, working directly with engineering
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and communities (OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel)
  • Existing network within the AI infrastructure and developer tools ecosystem
