Responsibilities

• Help design the competition format — scoring systems, challenge structures, team dynamics, timelines, rules of engagement
• Participate in and help facilitate our dry run competitions, identifying what works and what breaks
• Recruit marketing professionals into the Residence program and get them excited about competing
• Lead onboarding sessions and help participants get the most out of both the competition and Platon Agent
• Gather real-time feedback from participants and work directly with the founding team to iterate fast
• Build resources — guides, tutorials, competition playbooks — as the program takes shape
• Foster a community culture where marketers push each other to get better
• Help us figure out what "a verified track record" actually looks like for a marketer

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing (campaign management, audience building, performance tracking)
• You're organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
• You're a strong communicator — comfortable leading sessions, writing guides, and having 1-on-1 conversations

Preferred

• Nice to have: Background in marketing, advertising, or communications. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
