Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials door-to-door and in high-traffic outdoor areas to maximize visibility
• Engage with community members through friendly, face-to-face conversations to promote brand awareness and gather feedback
• Walk designated neighborhoods or event locations efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance
• Utilize mobile devices to record distribution efforts, track locations, and communicate with team members as needed
• Assist with canvassing campaigns for marketing or fundraising initiatives by approaching potential customers or supporters
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing the organization during outdoor work hours in various weather conditions
• Support community engagement efforts by participating in local events or neighborhood activities to boost outreach effectiveness

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage conversationally and build rapport quickly
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in outdoor environments

Preferred

• Prior field sales experience or door-to-door canvassing is highly desirable
• Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles within outreach teams
• Bilingual abilities are beneficial for connecting with diverse communities
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or outdoor work enhances your suitability for this role
• Familiarity with using mobile devices for communication and data recording is preferred
