Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers door-to-door and in high-traffic outdoor areas to maximize outreach
• Engage with community members through face-to-face conversations to promote events or campaigns
• Use mobile devices to track distribution progress and capture feedback from recipients
• Conduct canvassing activities in neighborhoods, commercial districts, and public spaces
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to negotiate and persuade potential customers or supporters
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions to foster positive community relationships
• Assist in organizing community engagement events or promotional activities as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in field sales, canvassing, or outdoor marketing preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage conversationally with diverse audiences
• Ability to walk for extended periods outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience with customer service or face-to-face engagement techniques
• Familiarity with mobile devices for data entry or communication purposes
• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for community interaction and promotion
• Ability to negotiate politely and handle objections effectively during outreach efforts

Preferred

• Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching wider audiences
• Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for team coordination roles
