Field Marketing Team Manager

Lead a team. Run a program. Own the results.
Axis Water Technologies sells, installs, and services water treatment systems across West Texas. We need a manager to lead it, and grow it.

You'll report directly to operations leadership. You'll have real authority over hiring, scheduling, and performance across multiple markets.

What you'll do

• Hire, train, coach, and lead our in-store reps.


• Build weekly schedules and hold every rep to KPI.


• Keep our displays stocked and set up correctly.


• Run product knowledge trainings for reps and store teams.


• Visit stores regularly to coach reps and build relationships with store management.

You'll do well here if you've been

• A retail store, assistant, or district manager.


• A team lead for brand ambassadors, product demos, or event staff.


• Any manager of an hourly team who's comfortable hiring, scheduling, and holding people to accountable.

Must-haves

• At least 2 years directly managing hourly employees.


• Willingness to travel weekly across West Texas, including some overnights.


• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

No water treatment experience needed. We'll teach you.
