Responsibilities

• Walk assigned neighborhoods in Queen Creek and the East Valley
• Knock doors and introduce homeowners to Permabright's permanent lighting systems
• Use our proven script to spark interest and answer basic questions
• Book qualified appointments for our design consultants to close
• Log every knock and appointment in our app in real time
• You set the appointment — our closers handle the rest. No closing, no pressure.

Requirements

• 16 or older, with reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Comfortable approaching strangers and starting a conversation
• Able to work outdoors and on your feet for a shift
• Coachable — willing to run the script and take feedback
• Prior door-to-door, solar, alarm, pest control, or retail sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must pass a background check
