Job Summary

Own regional activation and ABM in support of pipeline goals, translating global strategies into region-led campaigns, events, and sales enablement that inform messaging and competitive positioning.

  • Regional ownership: activate campaigns and ABM aligned to regional priorities and revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Sales, Digital & Growth Marketing, Ops, Product Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to improve pipeline and messaging.
  • Insights cadence: capture market, customer, and competitor feedback to refine targeting and GTM moves.

Responsibilities

  • Execute regional-focused marketing programs aligned to regional commercial priorities, target accounts, pipeline objectives, and revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to activate global campaigns through regional programs, account-based marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, and targeted outreach.
  • Translate global campaign and product marketing strategies into actionable regional execution plans.
  • Identify regional market opportunities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial priorities to inform activation strategy.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to assigned regions Commercial teams.
  • Develop and adapt sales enablement materials, customer presentations, campaign assets, outreach content, and supporting tools aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Support pipeline acceleration through account-based marketing initiatives, sales plays, customer engagement programs, and regional activation efforts
  • Partner with Commercial teams to support strategic opportunities, customer-facing initiatives, events, campaigns, and deal progression activities.
  • Drive adoption and consistency of approved messaging, positioning, campaign priorities, and value propositions across region.
  • Lead regional event activation activities aligned to commercial priorities and pipeline objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, commercial marketing, campaign marketing, or related marketing disciplines.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations and driving measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams
  • Strong presentation and sales enablement capabilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of healthcare provider buying processes.
  • Understanding of enterprise software go-to-market models.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging, radiology workflows, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, or population health solutions.
