Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing events that showcase our products and services to targeted audiences.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits, ensuring a clear understanding for customers.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community members through excellent customer service and active, authentic engagement at events.
  • Public Speaking: Deliver compelling presentations and public speaking engagements to promote brand awareness and educate potential clients.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support local promotional campaigns.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of event activities, customer interactions, and feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Sales & Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, event planning, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication: Top-tier communication skills with a highly engaging, approachable personality. Ability to speak confidently in public settings (bilingual abilities are a huge plus!).
  • Psychology & Persuasion: A strong understanding of human psychology and consumer behavior, paired with natural selling capabilities to read your audience and close interactions effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid computer literacy, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
  • Persuasive Demonstrations: Demonstrated ability to perform product demos clearly, energetically, and persuasively.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while seamlessly managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Brand Advocacy: A genuine passion for engaging with diverse communities and representing our brand with the utmost professionalism.
  • Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience: Field marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
