Responsibilities

• Visiting medical and dental offices in your assigned territory on your route days
• Introducing the firm at the front desk and leaving the printed booklet and card
• Finding out and recording who handles equipment and insurance at each practice
• Keeping an accurate written log of every office you visit
• Making short confirmation calls a couple of days after each visit
• Booking twenty-minute meetings for the appraiser through our online booking link
• Handing anything technical, anything about price, and anything complicated to the appraiser
• Every card you hand out carries your own code, so the work you do is tracked to you and you get credit for it.
• This is an independent contractor role.
• Daytime hours. No nights. No weekends. You are working [CITY] and the surrounding area, and your territory is built around where you live.

Requirements

• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable walking into a professional office and speaking to the person at the front desk
• Able to keep clear, accurate written records
• Available two weekdays between 9:30 and 4:00
• A great attitude. Every office you walk into forms an impression of our firm in about four seconds, and that impression is you
• No experience is required and not having any will not count against you. If you do have experience, all the better. We hire for character first and skills second, because the skills here take about a day to learn and the character does not.
