Job Summary

Own neighborhood outreach execution in Irvine, turning grassroots buzz into measurable metrics and feedback for early-stage growth.

  • Neighborhood Execution: Distribute materials and follow route plans to cover assigned areas in Irvine.
  • Data and Reporting: Track neighborhoods, streets, and outreach activity and organize campaign data for evaluation.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture neighborhood observations and marketing effectiveness to inform iterations.

Job Description

  • Distribute promotional materials throughout assigned neighborhoods
  • Follow route plans and ensure designated areas are fully covered
  • Track completed neighborhoods, streets, and outreach activity
  • Record and organize campaign data using company tools and spreadsheets
  • Collect and report outreach metrics to help evaluate campaign performance
  • Provide feedback on neighborhood observations and marketing effectiveness
  • Assist with basic marketing and operations projects as needed
  • Represent Homigo professionally in the community
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in startups, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship is preferred
  • Familiarity with Irvine neighborhoods is a plus
  • Gain hands-on experience with an early-stage startup launch
