Own the in-store engagement and lead-qualification flow at Costco, turning walk-bys into booked design consultations and steady weekly target attainment.

In-store Engagement: Qualify homeowners through quick needs questions and educate on bathroom remodel options.
Appointment Conversion: Book free in-home consultations on the spot with qualified prospects.
Lead Delivery: Meet team targets for weekly leads and appointments through Costco member interactions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work scheduled shifts at a Costco kiosk in the Charlotte metro area
Engage members as they walk by, using a quick conversation starter
Educate and qualify homeowners with a few simple questions about their bathroom
Book free in-home design consultations on the spot
Hit weekly lead and appointment targets set with the team

Requirements

Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Reliable transportation to Costco locations across the Charlotte metro
Comfort standing for the length of a shift
Strong communication skills, energy and confidence approaching strangers
Willingness to engage with Costco members and qualify homeowners with questions

Preferred

Experience in retail, brand ambassador work, or canvassing is a plus.
