Job Summary

Own the local field marketing engine across multi-market territory, turning local partnerships, events, and promotions into measurable visits and sales while coordinating with Operations and cross-functional teams for consistent execution and learnings.

  • Field Ownership: guide Territory execution, align Field Marketing Specialists, and maintain disciplined reporting and priorities.
  • Local Activation: source and run grassroots partnerships, events, and sponsorships to drive foot traffic and revenue.
  • Insights & Governance: analyze channel and promotions data by daypart and menu to surface opportunities and inform the Director of Field Marketing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute national and regional marketing strategies at the local market level to drive sales, traffic, and awareness.
  • Oversee field marketing activity across an assigned multi-market territory, ensuring comprehensive coverage, execution consistency, and performance accountability across all sub-regions and restaurant locations.
  • Coordinate with and provide day-to-day guidance to Field Marketing Specialists within the territory, ensuring alignment on priorities, execution standards, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement short-term local business plans aligned to sales goals and market-specific needs.
  • Identify, develop, and execute grassroots and community marketing initiatives, including proactively sourcing new local partnerships, events, sponsorships, and catering opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ensure timely and consistent execution of promotions, campaigns, and marketing programs across assigned restaurants.
  • Serve as a key marketing partner to Operations by aligning marketing initiatives with operational priorities and business objectives.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, and promotional performance by channel, daypart, menu family, and day of week to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor execution effectiveness and provide clear insights, learnings, and recommendations to the Director of Field Marketing.
  • Collect and elevate local market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent required
  • 5+ years field marketing experience
  • Experience in restaurant marketing preferred
  • Proven experience executing commercial driving Field Marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales, traffic, and promotional performance data
  • Experience managing local marketing budgets and vendors
  • Ability to spend 70%+ of time in the field, including restaurant visits and community engagement
  • Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs when supporting events and on-site activations
  • Strong partnership skills with Operations and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
