Job Summary

Own Pelico’s event program end-to-end, shaping strategy, budget, and asset creation while coordinating with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Ops to drive multi-channel attendance, lead generation, and measurable pipeline impact.

  • Event strategy, roadmap, and budget aligned to brand and business objectives
  • Cross-functional execution and vendor management to deliver on-site experiences and assets
  • ROI tracking, lead follow-up, and post-event debriefs to translate insights into action

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build the Event Strategy
  • Define the event roadmap and budget in alignment with brand and business objectives
  • Design exclusive Pelico events to deepen relationships with key prospects and customers
  • Conduct market research to identify the right opportunities and understand audience preferences
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously sharpen our event approach
  • Own full project management for each event: timelines, logistics (booth setup, catering, shipping), and on-site coordination
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Operations to align on goals and preparation
  • Work with external agencies and vendors, including budget negotiation
  • Lead the creation of all event assets: booth design, demos, videos, one-pagers, pitch decks, and keynote content
  • Maintain strict budget control across all events

Preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or project coordination
  • Very organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong execution and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, external vendors)
  • Hands-on and proactive
