  • Own the team building, training, and daily tracking.
  • Travel for paid initial training and lead with discipline and accountability.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of 5 to 6 outreach representatives
  • Knock doors personally every week
  • Recruit and train continuously
  • Run a daily scoreboard
  • Confirm appointments before they reach the inspection team
  • Travel to Toledo for one to two weeks of paid initial training
  • Work outdoors in Indiana and Michigan weather
  • Lead with discipline, accountability, and personal production
  • This is a field-based, player-coach leadership role.
  • Our outreach representatives go door to door speaking with homeowners and scheduling free basement and foundation inspections.
