Responsibilities

• Spearhead the relaunch of our field marketing program, breathing new life into our event strategy.
• Mastermind and execute flawless events that leave a lasting impression on attendees.
• Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic team of lead generators, igniting their passion for excellence.
• Forge strong partnerships with our national accounts, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and market leaders, leveraging their expertise to elevate our brand.
• Analyze metrics and performance data, providing insightful feedback to continuously optimize our event and national account strategies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Lead Generation and other leaders, contributing fresh ideas and identifying new opportunities for lead generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event management or in-store promotion experience, with a track record of success.
• Expertise in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• An outgoing, enthusiastic personality with an unwavering drive and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, being resourceful, delivering results.
• A high school diploma is required, with a college degree being highly preferred.
• Home improvement industry experience is a valuable asset.
