Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all direct mail campaigns. These are nationwide, market specific, with multiple campaigns in parallel. Campaigns require full-funnel management from the list to creative, messaging, production, match backs, reporting, and optimization. This includes coordination of audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis to support ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, manage, and activate grand opening events including range of channel tactics (media / PR / direct mail / web), leading up to and optimization post-event.
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans to achieve lead generation goals and support growth and conversion goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including ROI, lead volume, conversion rates. Use campaign performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and localized consumer-focused content (i.e. collateral, co-marketing creative assets, website enhancements, training assets, and broker materials).
• In partnership with brand strategist, conduct competitive analysis to identify regional trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve regional marketing strategies. This includes staying informed on direct response marketing and customer engagement best practices.

Requirements

• Strong account and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, as well as bring high level of detail and accountability to evaluation of campaigns (budgetary, audience tracking, reporting, etc.). Type A personality is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in developing and executing direct mail campaigns. Experience in field marketing and or grand openings is a plus. Familiarity with direct response marketing and 1:1 customer engagement programs, including email or CRM-based communications, is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, 1-year minimum experience in direct mail campaigns. Experience supporting direct response or customer contact marketing programs is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results. Experience working with campaign performance reporting, matchbacks, or marketing analytics is a plus.
• Advertising agency experience preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
