Responsibilities

• Staffing & Scheduling: Maintain and update schedules for California Brand Ambassadors across all activation types (Retail, Events, Canvassing, Home Shows). Coordinate shift coverage, track hours, and support payroll accuracy.
• Operations & Logistics: Track uniform inventory, mileage reports, marketing supplies, and ensure all activation teams are prepared and equipped.
• Retail & Partner Coordination: Maintain communication with store partners like Costco, ensuring professionalism and performance. Help support potential expansion into Lowe’s and Home Depot.
• Compliance: Reinforce code of conduct and field expectations through reminders, training coordination, and partner feedback loops.
• Materials Management: Organize, distribute, and track branded marketing materials, ensuring kits and displays are activation-ready and replenished.
• CRM & Reporting: Use CRM systems to support lead attribution accuracy and performance reporting. Help ensure correct commission data entry.
• Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding, training material organization, uniform distribution, and general field team support in collaboration with leadership.
