Job Summary

Own the local canvassing effort by meeting homeowners, quickly diagnosing needs, and booking in-home consultations while building a credible, consistent presence in the Nashville area.

  • Field ownership: capture leads, schedule visits, and document data for the team’s daily goals.
  • Rapport & discovery: create strong first impressions, identify needs, and position services in community interactions.
  • Growth & readiness: participate in training and work with the team to hit weekly targets and adapt to field feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations
  • Build rapport and create positive first impressions
  • Conduct brief home assessments to identify homeowner needs
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
  • Accurately document customer information using company tools
  • Represent the company professionally in the community
  • Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
