Job Summary
Own field-based relationship building with HOA and property management targets to turn introductions into scheduled meetings and ongoing opportunities.
- In-person office visits to establish trust and gather lead intel
- Phone and email outreach with consistent follow ups and meeting scheduling
- Identify targets, research companies, and maintain CRM-based activity tracking

Responsibilities
- Visiting property management offices in person
- Dropping off marketing materials, gifts, and branded items
- Making warm calls and sending follow-up emails
- Scheduling lunches, meetings, and site visits
- Staying in consistent contact with industry professionals
- Make regular in-person visits to HOA and property management companies
- Represent the company professionally and consistently
- Build familiarity and trust over time
- Identify and research target companies
- Conduct outreach via phone and email
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, polished English required)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and repeated follow-up
- Able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Self-motivated and accountable
Preferred
- Background in customer service, admin support, or sales coordination
- Familiarity with property management, HOA, or construction industries
- Experience using CRM systems
