Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup and breakdown
Distribute promotional merchandise and materials
Engage with attendees in a friendly and professional manner
Represent the brand professionally at community events
Maintain an organized and welcoming event presence
Collaborate with other team members during events to ensure smooth setup, coordination, and attendee engagement
Act as a local point of contact for certain marketing needs
Speak with vendors or property contacts if necessary
Assist with occasional marketing checks or verifications
Help confirm advertising placements are active and visible

Requirements

Must be located in or near Hillsboro, Oregon
Willing to travel as needed for assignments, including different areas of Oregon and potentially Washington and other surrounding states
Reliable transportation and ability to drive to various locations for events and marketing verifications
Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic
Comfortable interacting with businesses, vendors, and the public
Ability to follow instructions and provide clear photo documentation when completing assignments
Ability to lift and carry heavier materials for event setup and logistics, such as merchandise boxes and banners
Ability to work extended event shifts when required
Able to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision
