Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior Field Marketing advisor to area leaders, identifying growth opportunities and recommending priorities based on business performance, engagement signals, market intelligence, and enterprise direction.
  • Own activation strategy, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation across assigned areas, making clear recommendations on where Field Marketing should invest, scale, optimize, defer, or stop activity based on opportunity, impact, capacity, and enterprise priorities.
  • Translate priorities into coordinated area activation plans and calendars aligned to enterprise direction, ensuring work enters through the single intake model with clear ownership
  • Serve as the Field Marketing point of accountability for the assigned area and strategic priorities, addressing questions related to ownership, prioritization, capacity, cross-functional engagement, execution quality, and activation standards.
  • Lead one or more Field Marketing priorities that extend across geographic boundaries, establishing the strategy, ways of working, roles, tools, and standards needed for the broader team to operate consistently and effectively.
  • Serve as the Field Marketing lead for assigned cross-functional relationships or portfolios ensuring Field requirements and perspectives are represented in planning and decision-making.
  • Lead Field Marketing engagement with campaign, Industry, Service Line, Alliances, content, and channel teams to translate enterprise priorities into locally relevant activation programs, while providing market insight that informs future strategy, audiences, content, and investment decisions.
  • Drive cross ‑ functional collaboration across marketing functions to ensure field activations remain connected to campaigns, content, brand standards, and performance measurement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Field Marketing team members, establishing clear expectations for strategic ownership, stakeholder management, activation readiness, execution quality, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Build capability across the broader Field team by sharing expertise, developing practical guidance and tools, facilitating knowledge transfer, and enabling team members to take greater ownership of programs and portfolios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably within professional services or related industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing professionals, including direct people leadership and leadership across teams or matrixed initiatives. Extensive experience in strategic marketing planning, event management, and campaign execution
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking and team development
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and with geographically dispersed teams
  • Agility and adaptability in responding to changing business priorities and market conditions
