Responsibilities

• Local Operations: Handle daily operational errands, including picking up small construction supplies/materials and delivering them directly to active jobsites.
• Neighborhood Marketing: Execute daily targeted door-hanger campaigns (distributing 200–400 flyers daily in assigned neighborhoods).
• Direct Mail Operations: Drop off direct mail post cards daily at designated local post office branches.
• Field Communication & Verification: Provide concise daily updates, photos, and route verifications to keep projects moving forward on schedule.
• Special Field Tasks: Assist with occasional misc. field tasks to help business operations.

Requirements

• Reliability & Integrity: Someone who does what they say they will do, every single time.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to prioritize tasks, navigate efficient daily routes, and solve minor field issues independently.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable being active outdoors daily (walking neighborhood flyer routes) and lifting supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Vehicle & Tech Ready: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle (SUV, truck, or dependable car), active auto insurance, and a smartphone for route reporting.
• Contractor Requirements: Must sign a 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement and submit a W-9.
