Job Summary
Own local community engagement and school-outreach initiatives for a children’s dental brand, turning events, partnerships, and patient education into steady local awareness and visits.
- Build community outreach and education pipelines with schools and local organizations.
- Forge and nurture partnerships with local clinics and events to expand reach while upholding HIPAA standards.
- Track brand sentiment and respond to comments across social channels and reviews to protect the reputation.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Outreach to the local community.
- Share the CDFZ vision by educating potential patients on the services provided by our offices.
- Foster relationships with other medical/dental offices and at community events.
- Visit local schools to conduct Dental Presentations and screenings for students.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments for the brand to maintain HIPAA standards.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to comments, maintaining HIPAA standards.
- Track and restock marketing supplies at the branch.
Requirements
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- An upbeat personality is a MUST.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Clean, neat, professional appearance.
- First-rate public speaker.
