Job Summary
Drive community outreach and education to grow patient base, foster partnerships with schools and healthcare providers, and protect patient privacy across all public interactions.
- Community & Education: educate families about services, conduct school visits, and present dental health programs.
- Partnerships & Events: build relationships with local medical/dental offices and participate in community events.
- Reputation & Compliance: monitor social media and reviews, respond within HIPAA standards and protect patient privacy.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Outreach to the local community.
- Share the CDFZ vision by educating potential patients on the services provided by our offices.
- Foster relationships with other medical/dental offices and at community events.
- Visit local schools to conduct Dental Presentations and screenings for students.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments for the brand to maintain HIPAA standards.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to comments, maintaining HIPAA standards.
- Track and restock marketing supplies at the branch.
Requirements
- 75-95% local travel
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- An upbeat personality is a MUST.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Clean, neat, professional appearance.
- First-rate public speaker.
- Should be a self-motivated self-starter.
- Excellent networking know-how.
- Exceptional communication and computer-savvy.
