Job Summary

Own the field-based dealer enablement and KPI-driven programs, coordinating MAX platform marketing journeys with dealer needs and cross-functional teams to drive measurable dealer outcomes.

Dealer program alignment and KPI reporting across the MAX platform and marketing journeys.
In-person dealer engagement every 45–60 days, travel-enabled territory management, and cross-team collaboration to meet dealer needs and KPIs.

Job Description

Work closely with dealer service and sales teams to identify issues and challenges that they have month-to-month.
Become an expert in the MAX platform, programs and marketing journeys.
Encourage/sell digital media and direct mail campaigns/programs (meeting both dealer needs and Latcha/MB KPIs).
Ensure dealer strategies and dealer needs are effectively addressed.
Meet with dealers every 45 days in-person for one-on-one discussions.
Ensure alignment with program objectives and facilitate data-driven decision-making through deep understanding of the platform and performance reporting.
Responsible for knowing and reporting on measurable metrics and KPI’s.
Weekly team meetings with Latcha/Field Management to present wins and learnings.
Work in conjunction with Latcha Concierge team (4) – ensuring alignment with project objectives and reporting on individual dealer needs.
Travel and territory management – each dealer within your region will need to be met with in-person every 45 to 60 days (unless explicitly requested otherwise by the dealer).

Outgoing, trusting personality with a true interest in achieving goals.
Comfortable and open to travel 3+ weeks per month.
Automotive marketing experience required.
Previous experience with auto dealership general managers, sales managers, and parts/service managers.
Extensive knowledge in marketing, analytics.
Experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time while communicating project status.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet and MS Teams/Zoom.

Latcha is providing a highly advanced marketing platform to dealers on behalf of Mercedes-Benz USA. The platform has built-in campaigns that a dealer may choose to automate on their behalf, using both first party and 3rd party data, depending on the campaign type.
