Job Summary

Support Fashion PR activities as an internship at Together Group, handling media logistics and office operations while building a portfolio.

Own sample trafficking, loans, and send-outs for brands.
Must possess extreme attention to detail and proactive initiative.
Project work guided by PURPLE Team to build your portfolio.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing sample trafficking, coordinating sample loans and send outs
Scanning and formatting coverage daily
Support with monthly report and weekly pitching for different brands
Updating contact lists and media databases
Assisting with special events, press day, and ad hoc projects per request
Day-to-day operations of the agency
You will be given and present an end-of-term Internship Project, on which the PURPLE Team will guide and assist you. This mock activity will support you in building your personal portfolio while helping infuse key learnings and takeaways from across your Internship

Requirements

genuine passion for Fashion PR
Extremely detail-oriented, hard working, organized, driven and creative; willing to learn and take initiative
Good written communication skills
Basic understanding of public relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work in office a minimum of 15 hours per week

Preferred

Passion in Fashion editorial and eager to learn
