Job Summary

Own end-to-end content creation for short videos, Reels, and long-form educational content, plus promotional and outreach activities, with a focus on clear, confident delivery and consistency.

Lead content production across short, long, and promotional formats.
Meets graduation and strong subject knowledge requirements (e.g., polity, geography, economy, ecology/environment, science and tech, history).

Content & Performance Requirements
Comfortable creating:
Short videos / Reels
Long-form videos (10–90 minutes)
Camera presence required:
80% with face
20% without face
Willingness to engage in:
Educational content creation
Promotional and outreach activities
