Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead Experiential Strategy
Define how the Majestic brand shows up in physical environments and live experiences
Design immersive guest journeys that reflect our luxury aesthetic and storytelling
Build scalable experiential concepts that can expand into multiple markets
Develop Creative Spaces
Partner with designers, architects, agencies, and production teams to create inspiring brand environments
Ensure all experiences meet Majestic’s design, hospitality, and quality standards
Oversee creative execution from concept through final activation
Create Events & Brand Moments
Lead experiential programming within Majestic spaces

Requirements

4–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, brand activations, or creative marketing
Strong creative vision with the ability to execute ideas in physical environments
Experience collaborating with agencies, designers, vendors, and production teams
Excellent project management and organizational skills
A hospitality-driven mindset and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus
