Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead Experiential Strategy
- Define how the Majestic brand shows up in physical environments and live experiences
- Design immersive guest journeys that reflect our luxury aesthetic and storytelling
- Build scalable experiential concepts that can expand into multiple markets
- Develop Creative Spaces
- Partner with designers, architects, agencies, and production teams to create inspiring brand environments
- Ensure all experiences meet Majestic’s design, hospitality, and quality standards
- Oversee creative execution from concept through final activation
- Create Events & Brand Moments
- Lead experiential programming within Majestic spaces
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, brand activations, or creative marketing
- Strong creative vision with the ability to execute ideas in physical environments
- Experience collaborating with agencies, designers, vendors, and production teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A hospitality-driven mindset and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus
