Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s global marketing and brand strategy across crypto, fintech, and digital asset markets
• Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products, features, and market expansion initiatives
• Build and scale performance marketing, user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership in Web3, crypto, and financial innovation
• Lead content, PR, community, partnerships, and ecosystem growth initiatives
• Develop data-driven growth strategies across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, and partnership channels
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure all marketing activities meet regulatory requirements in the U.S. and global markets
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global marketing organization
• Define marketing KPIs, attribution models, CAC/LTV frameworks, and growth dashboards
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with market demand and user feedback
