Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Owning Corpay's enterprise brand strategy and continuously sharpening the company's positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market.
  • Developing a clear message and brand architecture that connects the Corpay masterbrand with its businesses, products, and customer value propositions across markets.
  • Translating complex payments and financial-services capabilities into simple, compelling stories that customers, employees, and investors can understand.
  • Advertising & Creative Leadership
  • Setting the creative ambition for Corpay and raising the quality, distinctiveness, speed, and effectiveness of enterprise and product advertising.
  • Leading creative strategy and development across video, digital, social, print, out-of-home, sponsorship activation, and emerging channels from brief through production and launch.
  • Providing clear creative direction to internal teams and agency partners and ensuring the work is strategically grounded, unmistakably Corpay, and strong enough to compete with the best brands in the market.
  • Media Strategy, Planning & Investment
  • Owning enterprise media strategy, planning, placement, and investment across brand and product advertising.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive brand and marketing leadership experience, including significant executive or senior leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success as an enterprise brand leader, Head of Brand, CMO, senior agency executive, or equivalent leader with direct accountability for consequential brands and advertising programs.
  • Exceptional judgment in brand strategy, positioning, creative development, advertising, and media, with a track record of producing distinctive work that moved both brand and business performance.
  • Proven ability to lead major campaigns from strategy and briefing through creative development, production, media execution, and measurement.
  • Deep experience managing creative, media, production, and specialist agencies, including senior agency relationships, scopes of work, performance evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong media acumen across traditional and digital channels, including experience managing large media budgets and making portfolio-level investment decisions.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of brands, products, business units, or markets and creating coherence across a complex enterprise.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to connect brand and media investment to awareness, consideration, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence CEOs, business leaders, product leaders, Finance, Sales, Legal, and external partners through crisp recommendations and practical decision frameworks.
  • A builder who can improve an existing organization, agency model, and operating system rather than simply inherit and manage one.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, technology, B2B services, or another complex multi-product environment is valuable, but exceptional brand-building, advertising, and media credentials are more important than narrow category experience.
