Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute OmniQuant Capital’s long-term strategy in digital asset investment, quantitative trading, and blockchain technology.
- Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, blockchain projects, institutional investors, and fintech companies.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee cross-functional operations including trading, research, risk management, and technology development to ensure scalable and efficient execution.
- Investment Strategy:
- Support the design and implementation of digital asset investment strategies, including quantitative trading models, market-neutral strategies, and portfolio allocation.
- Global Expansion:
- Lead international market expansion initiatives, helping the company establish presence across North America, Asia, and other major crypto markets.
- Regulatory & Compliance Coordination:
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with evolving digital asset regulations in the United States and globally.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across investment, research, trading, and business development.
- 10+ years of experience in investment management, fintech, digital assets, or quantitative finance
- Proven leadership experience at a senior executive level (VP, EVP, Managing Director, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading
- Strong background in institutional investment, venture capital, hedge funds, or proprietary trading
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and scale businesses in fast-growing industries
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience working in global and remote teams
- Experience with quantitative trading systems or algorithmic strategies
- Strong network within crypto exchanges, venture funds, or Web3 ecosystems
- Prior leadership experience in a crypto fund, fintech company, or digital asset platform
