Job Description
Responsibilities
- Media monitoring - very first thing in the morning
- Intern will work closely with the other interns to monitor daily press outlets including WWD, Glossy + BOF
- Update ES tracker with feedback
- Monitor TBD events for updated information
- Assist ES team with conference + awards tracking
- Create Google docs of upcoming award applications
- Research + vetting award/conference opportunities
- Provide overall support/admin help across ES division
- Assist the team with brand/founder audits
- Familiarity with MuckRack, RocketReach and Canva for clipping (if necessary)
Requirements
- Interns are required to be in person at JBC’s NYC office on designated in-office days
- Must be available 2.5 days a week (JBC will assign a weekly schedule based on candidate availability + division needs)
- Full-day hours: 9:30 am EST - 4:45 pm EST
- Friday Hours (Early Closures): 9 am - 2 pm EST
Benefits
- Hourly pay - $17.00/hour
- 1-hour lunch breaks (½ days = 30 minute lunch breaks).
