Purpose
The Executive Producer is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the growth and development of Invisible Dynamics Production Department, building ID into a world-renowned partner, and creating a culture of excellence with strategic alignment with Invisible Productions.
The Executive Producer oversees large and complex projects and campaigns from conception to delivery - managing internal and external production teams across multiple workstreams. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex production environments and brings out the best in partners and teams. You possess excellent communication skills and will collaborate with the Client, Client Services, Strategy, Creative, and other Production to define and execute the project scope, creative, deliverables, and budget, and to select and manage all of the resources required to bring the project to successful completion. You are responsible for maintaining positive, productive relationships with all team members and serving as a key and trusted client partner.
You help bring creative concepts and campaigns to life across various channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling, superior results, and delivery on time and within budget. This role supports the development of production infrastructure, ensuring our systems and processes are optimized for efficiency and growth.
Essential Skills
You are a skilled production leader with extensive experience in creative industries such as fashion, wellness, or retail, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Your project management strengths enable you to oversee multiple initiatives at once, anticipate challenges, and maintain strong, productive client partnerships. You excel at adapting to shifting priorities and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and focused on delivering exceptional, client-driven results.
Strong relationship-building skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to present thoughtful, solutions-forward recommendations are essential in this role. You will oversee multiple accounts and lead the execution of high-profile, complex projects, while supervising production personnel and ensuring overall operational and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
Production Oversight
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts across the department through the full project lifecycle, ensuring creative alignment, production feasibility, financial control, and successful delivery.
  • Lead production strategy, planning, and execution across assigned accounts, translating client briefs into clear production scopes, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Provide strategic production input during concepting and pitching to help shape creative ideas, assess feasibility, and identify production opportunities and constraints early in the process.
  • Oversee multiple simultaneous campaigns with significant budgets and complexity, maintaining accountability for scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and overall production health.
  • Identify and mitigate creative, operational, financial, legal, and scheduling risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing real-time decision-making and troubleshooting to protect the creative, budget, and timeline.
  • Partner closely with ID Producers, Client Services, Strategy, Creative, and Live-Action Production partners to ensure clear ownership, aligned communication, and successful delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with Brand Directors, Strategy, and Creative leads to align production strategy with project goals and client business objectives, driving strong execution, client satisfaction, and consistent project value.
  • Maintain financial oversight across assigned projects, including reviewing budgets, monitoring scope and overages, and overseeing final reconciliation in partnership with ID Producers and Live-Action Production partners.
  • Oversee negotiations across usage, licensing, talent, music, and key vendor terms in partnership with Legal, the Executive Director of Production.
  • Create, review, and manage SOWs, talent agreements, music agreements, and other key production terms in partnership with Legal, the Executive Director of Production, and Managing Director to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external production partners, enabling their best work through clear briefing, creative alignment, budget management, and collaborative leadership.
  • Lead major vendor negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key production partners to drive competitive pricing, favorable terms, and consistent quality of execution.
  • Maintain and grow a strong network of Directors, Photographers, creative partners, vendors, and production resources to support the department’s evolving production needs and scalable delivery.
Team & Department Leadership
  • Manage and mentor Invisible Dynamics Production Department team members, providing clear direction, accountability, ongoing feedback, and support to strengthen individual performance and overall team capabilities.
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration of new production team members, ensuring they are well-versed in ID’s workflows, processes, project tools, and client expectations and are set up to operate successfully from the outset.
  • Train and support team members in adopting and effectively using new production systems, tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Partner with Production Leadership to assess staffing and resourcing needs across accounts, proactively identifying capacity gaps and recommending solutions based on upcoming workload and project complexity.
  • Support project team assignments and resource planning, ensuring the appropriate level of production support is in place throughout each phase of the work.
  • Establish and reinforce production best practices, processes, and standards across the department to improve consistency, efficiency, financial discipline, and quality of execution.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for production teams, helping resolve complex creative, client, vendor, financial, operational, and interpersonal challenges.
  • Maintain visibility across assigned accounts and proactively surface risks, opportunities, staffing needs, and key decisions to Production Leadership.
  • Contribute to department-level strategic planning and initiatives, helping evolve production capabilities, workflows, partnerships, systems, and infrastructure as the business grows.
  • Lead with positivity, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset in high-pressure production environments, continuously identifying opportunities to improve how the team operates and increase its impact.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable production culture that encourages ownership, strong communication, professional growth, and consistently high standards across the team.
Client Relations
  • Serve as the senior production partner to clients, providing strategic guidance on production approach, feasibility, risk, budgets, and overall delivery.
  • Act as the primary ID Production point of contact across your portfolio of accounts, partnering with client and internal leadership to align on project vision, communicate key updates and decisions, proactively address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, solutions-oriented production leadership, ensuring client objectives are understood and effectively translated into production strategy and execution.
  • In partnership with the ID Brand Director, lead post-project reviews to gather feedback, assess client satisfaction, identify learnings, and surface opportunities to strengthen future work and ways of working.
  • Synthesize client and internal feedback into actionable improvements that continuously elevate production processes, partnerships, and the overall client experience.
ID x IP Integration
  • Partner closely with Invisible Productions across budgeting, production approach, resourcing, creative partners, and post-production strategy to ensure alignment from project inception through delivery.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment across ID and IP teams, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, workflows, timelines, and budgets to support efficient and seamless project execution.
  • Ensure effective handoffs across all phases of production, including the transition from production through post, with clear communication, ownership, and accountability across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen ID x IP workflows, communication, and ways of working, helping build a more integrated and scalable production model across both teams.
Business Development
  • Support opportunities to expand Invisible Dynamics’ services within existing client relationships, partnering with leadership and Client Services to help shape scopes, production approaches, and solutions that support account growth.
  • Support new business pitches and proposals by providing senior production expertise, helping develop production approaches, scopes, budgets, timelines, and solutions that are creatively compelling, operationally feasible, and commercially sound.
  • Partner with leadership and Client Services to help articulate ID’s production capabilities and offerings in response to client needs and new business opportunities.
  • Leverage and maintain strong industry relationships across creative and production partners to support ID’s broader business development efforts and strengthen the company’s network.
  • Represent Invisible Dynamics at relevant industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and strengthen ID’s visibility within the production and creative community.
Operations and Process Efficiency
  • Partner with Production Leadership to identify opportunities to improve production systems, workflows, and ways of working across the department, supporting greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Support the development, implementation, and adoption of standardized production processes, documentation, tools, and best practices across the team.
  • Reinforce established production standards and workflows across assigned accounts, ensuring teams operate consistently and maintain a high level of quality and execution.
  • Identify operational pain points, inefficiencies, and repetitive tasks, recommending opportunities for process improvement, automation, or new tools where appropriate.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and production tools that can improve workflows, team bandwidth, communication, and overall department efficiency.
  • Gather and consolidate learnings from completed projects, working with Production Leadership to translate feedback into actionable improvements to processes and ways of working.
