Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver marketing sciences solutions for a portfolio of clients.
• Defining and executing the data strategy to maximize value from 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data through integration and augmentation.
• Develop relationships with clients by providing strategic advisory on how data and analytics unlock opportunities.
• Encourage creative use of data to solve business challenges and support client growth in alignment with Planning and Investment teams.
• Provide thought leadership around analytics, research, measurement, and ad-technology concepts / methods / tools.
• Develop best in class audience solutions in collaboration with Planning and Investment teams.
• Become a trusted advisor to client leads on audience strategy, measurement, and advanced analytics.
• Partner with Planning and Investment teams on annual budgets, media plan development and ongoing optimization.
• Share POVs on industry changes in data and analytics, and future data solutions like clean rooms and attention measurement.
• Lead and mentor direct reports, coach colleagues, recruit new talent and build capabilities.

Requirements

• Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data including 1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, and aggregated/user-level data.
• Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting and ROI development.
• Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.
• Analytic problem-solving skills to clarify strategic and operational issues related to data and analytics.
• Proven leadership and strong client relationship experience.
• Stellar communication and presentation skills to translate solutions into marketing programs.
• Ability to train and coach colleagues, with organization, detailing, writing, presenting and project management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
• Passionate about driving change by adopting emerging technologies in advertising.
• A university degree and 13+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.

Preferred

• Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required
