Own the hospital’s integrated marketing and communications function, shaping donor strategy, brand and crisis comms, and executive messaging while coordinating with agencies and the Foundation.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational priorities
  • Oversee fundraising initiatives and donor relationships
  • Lead community engagement efforts and volunteer engagement
  • Provide executive leadership for Marketing, Public Relations, Foundation operations, Patient Experience initiatives, and the Patient Advisory Council
  • Oversee brand strategy, reputation management, and executive communications
  • Manage digital marketing (website, social media, SEO, digital advertising) and marketing analytics
  • Coordinate with contracted marketing agencies and maintain relationships with media partners
  • Oversee internal communications and physician and employee communications
  • Develop and manage annual marketing plan and budget
  • Lead Foundation fundraising events, grants, and donor stewardship
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Five or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit, marketing, communications, philanthropy, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor development, or nonprofit leadership
  • Experience leading marketing, branding, or public relations initiatives
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong financial management and strategic planning experience
