- Represent Renewal by Andersen at events, retail activations, trade shows, and local venues
- Initiate friendly, natural conversations with homeowners about their projects and goals
- Generate interest and schedule in-home consultations with our design team
- Deliver a polished, approachable, and on-brand customer experience
- Share the benefits of our industry-leading windows and doors—designed for style, comfort, and energy efficiency
- Outgoing, people-first individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction
- Strong communicators who are driven, confident, and goal-oriented
- Reliable team members with transportation and a valid driver’s license
