Own end-to-end event programs for federal-facing audiences, driving sponsor value and ROI while coordinating across Marketing + Communications and external partners.

  • Own event strategy and multi-event execution across complex programs.
  • Coordinate sponsors, venues, logistics, assets, and on-site production to ensure ROI.
  • Wrap with analytics, surveys, and documentation to close the program.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead overall event planning, program management, and execution of multiple complex events simultaneously. - Execute end-to-end event programs including asset management, logistics, sponsorship assessment, venue selection, on-site planning, booth build, event production, know-before-you-go resources, event calendar updates, policy compliance, and ROI tracking. - Collaborate with M+C and business partners to evaluate and recommend sponsorship benefits. - Liaise with Accenture Federal Services and outside organizations/vendors across Marketing + Communications and key business stakeholders. - Conduct post-event close/wrap with event analytics, surveys, and documentation. - Maintain professional presence and ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various levels, including executives. - Be a proactive, self-starter who is motivated to make a difference with the team. - Demonstrate attention to detail and produce high-quality outputs. - Stay well organized with program management skills to manage multiple work streams and programs. - Be a strong team player and able to collaborate for best results across multiple teams. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements - US Citizenship. - Metro Washington, DC area-based with occasional travel to select US-based events with advance notice. - Flexibility to support events outside traditional office hours. - Minimum of 3 years of event management and/or marketing activation experience. Nice to Have - Experience with US federal/public sector (military or civilian). - Experience in B2B or B2G environments (military or civilian). - Experience in B2B events or marketing activation (military or civilian). - Bachelor’s degree
