Job Summary

Own on-site face time with homeowners at fairs and events, turning conversations into interest and clean leads while keeping a high-energy, organized booth and rallying a small team behind you.

  • Event Activation: Run booths, engage attendees, and spark interest without hard selling.
  • Lead Capture: Collect accurate homeowner info for follow-up and follow-through.
  • People-First Communication: Greet, listen, and represent the brand with professional energy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage promotional booths at high-traffic shows and events
  • Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional way
  • Educate homeowners about our services—no selling, just sparking interest!
  • Collect accurate homeowner information for follow-up
  • Keep your booth energetic, organized, and fun
  • Be part of a motivated, supportive team that loves to win together

Requirements

  • Outgoing, people-first attitude—love talking and connecting!
  • Gritty, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Strong communicator with great listening skills
  • Reliable transportation and availability for evenings/weekends as needed
  • Previous experience in customer service, events, retail, or promotions is a bonus—but not required!
