Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a manager, you’ll help manage our presence at fairs, festivals, community events, and trade shows—while coaching your team, uplifting morale, and keeping energy high.
  • You’ll be a hands-on leader who supports reps, ensures booth excellence, and drives strong lead results.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Marketing Representatives at events using our 7-Step Framework
  • Model high-energy engagement by interacting with homeowners and supporting your team on-site
  • Ensure booths are set up professionally, on-brand, and ready for high-traffic environments
  • Support staffing schedules, event coordination, and daily shift operations
  • Track team performance and provide real-time feedback to help reps hit lead goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with event coordinators, and internal leaders

Preferred

  • Previous leadership experience or experience in retail, events, customer service, or promotions is a bonus — but not required
