Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing both in-person and virtual gatherings for Aureum members;
  • Research venues, partners, and experiential ideas aligned with the Circle’s aesthetic and standards;
  • Coordinate event logistics including RSVPs, timelines, run-of-show documents, and day-of support;
  • Contribute to shaping the overall experience — from concept and atmosphere to post-event follow-up;
  • Support post-event reviews by compiling attendance data, insights, and feedback;
  • Create and schedule content for Aureum’s social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram;
  • Support the preparation of newsletters, member communications, and email campaigns;
  • Assist in producing marketing materials including visuals, copy, and promotional assets;
  • Track engagement metrics and audience growth to inform content strategy;
  • Research community, media, and partnership opportunities that could expand Aureum’s reach;

Requirements

  • Currently studying marketing, communications, event management, business, or a related field
  • Understand that a brand is built through consistency and attention to detail
  • Take pride in doing things well and actively seek the best resources and practices to improve your work
  • Value authenticity, humility, and continuous learning as much as ambition and performance
  • Use AI tools intelligently to increase efficiency while keeping critical thinking at the center of your work
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully — both in writing and in conversation
  • Are organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bring initiative and positive energy to the teams you work with
