Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of all tradeshows and industry events, including booth design, material preparation, and logistical coordination
Develop and implement marketing campaigns specifically for tradeshows to drive booth traffic and generate leads
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative tradeshow strategies and enhance brand visibility at events
Manage social media accounts to promote upcoming tradeshows, provide live event updates, and engage with attendees
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for tradeshows and social media to drive booth traffic, generate leads, and increase online engagement
Coordinate with the sales team and external vendors to ensure all tradeshow initiatives are effectively implemented
Assist in the creation and setup of engaging tradeshow displays and product demonstrations
Develop compelling copywriting for tradeshow collateral, presentations, and promotional materials
Conduct post-tradeshow follow-up activities, including lead nurturing and performance analysis
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information related to event planning and customer data
