Responsibilities

• Create and edit weekly event flyers using Canva and AI tools
• Post event flyers and promotional content to Instagram
• Add and update events, flyers, and event information on our website
• Create and update event listings on Eventbrite and other event platforms
• Assist with Eventbrite promotions and paid advertising
• Help come up with new event themes, party ideas, and promotions
• Communicate with bars, venues, and venue managers regarding upcoming events
• Coordinate the Friday and Saturday staff schedule
• Confirm staff availability before weekend events
• Respond to customer emails and general inquiries

Requirements

• Creative and comfortable coming up with new ideas
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using Instagram and social media
• Comfortable using Canva
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Familiar with Eventbrite or able to learn it quickly
• Comfortable updating a website
• Good with email and written communication
• Able to communicate professionally with customers, staff, and venue managers
• Able to work independently and stay on top of weekly tasks

Preferred

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, nightlife, social media, Canva, or marketing is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is creative, reliable, and comfortable learning new platforms.
