Responsibilities

• Attend a weekly team meeting (typically ~1–2 hours in-office on Tuesdays)
• Participate in weekly event prep days (usually Thursdays) to load vehicles
• Organize event materials and supplies
• Prepare product inventory
• Coordinate logistics for upcoming events
• Travel with the team to events (most in the Twin Cities, some out-of-state)
• Work the event: Set up and break down booths, tents, and equipment
• Sample products and engage with customers
• Operate POS and handle transactions
• Represent the Looner brand in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional way
• Help keep event operations running smoothly throughout the day

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Comfortable working around THC products
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team environment
• Reliable transportation to Twin Cities meeting/event locations
• No prior event experience is necessary — full training on our products, brand, and event operations will be provided

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one (juniors/seniors encouraged to apply)
