Responsibilities

• Greet event attendees warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience
• Seek out new events/opportunities to participate in
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
• Collect valuable data from participants to support marketing insights and campaign improvements
• Manage social media platforms by posting real-time updates, photos, and engaging content during events
• Event setup, branding activities, and ensuring all promotional materials are properly displayed
• Support sales efforts by engaging potential customers and answering questions about products or services

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, or event marketing is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse audiences
• Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly and enthusiastically
• Excellent organizational skills for data collection and maintaining accurate records
• Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Weekend availability is a must! (most hours will be weekends as that's when most of the events will be held)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially for engaging with multilingual communities
