Job Summary

Own in-store brand representation and customer engagement across events, coordinating product knowledge, sign-ups, and daily reporting with a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

Represent client brands at in store events, pop ups, and community promotions
Greet and engage customers in a professional manner
Explain product and service features, pricing, and current offers
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
Assist customers with sign ups and account setup
Track daily activity and complete simple reports
Work collaboratively with a team and event supervisor

Requirements

18 years or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation to local event locations
Comfortable speaking with customers face to face
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
