Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and creating a positive first impression
  • Speaking with customers about products, services, and promotions
  • Supporting event set-up and presentation before guests arrive
  • Assisting with registrations, giveaways, or promotional activities
  • Helping answer general questions throughout the event
  • Working with the team to keep everything organised during the day
  • Sharing customer feedback with Event Coordinators after each campaign
