Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, setup, coordination, and execution of in-person events.
• Engage professionally with event attendees and provide clear information about represented organizations and initiatives.
• Create a welcoming, positive, and engaging experience for guests.
• Support event presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with team members to achieve event objectives and maintain high standards of execution.
• Help organize event materials and ensure presentation areas remain professional and organized.
• Answer questions and communicate information clearly and confidently.
• Assist with tracking event activity, attendee engagement, and relevant results.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Represent Swift7 Consultants and its clients with professionalism and integrity.
