Responsibilities

• - Support the planning and execution of virtual event programs
• - Partner with the Event Strategy & Operations Lead to implement event strategies and attendee engagement plans
• - Coordinate event deliverables, timelines, and execution activities across stakeholders
• - Ensure operational readiness and successful event delivery
• - Support event logistics, communications, and program management activities as needed
• - Gather attendee feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• - Help ensure consistent attendee experiences across programs via toolkit implementation
• - Develop and maintain event planning resources, templates, and operational tools
• - Create event playbooks, project plans, checklists, planning guides, and process documentation to name few
• - Build reusable assets that support efficient event execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management, event operations, event marketing, or program management
• Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person event programs
• Experience developing event templates, playbooks, process documentation, or enablement resources
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working in fast-paced B2B technology environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools
