Job Summary

Own the on-site booth presence and lead capture at events, turning foot traffic into conversations and booked in-home consultations.

  • Event presence & lead generation: attract visitors, explain products, collect leads, and hand off to coordinator.
  • Appointment conversion: secure in-home sales appointments and maintain a welcoming booth experience.
  • Operational discipline: keep the booth clean, organized, and professional across weekend events and rapid-paced shows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Staff and attract visitors to the booth at shows and events
  • Promote products and provide basic overviews to attendees
  • Book appointments for in-home consultations
  • Maintain a professional appearance and presence throughout events
  • Ensure the booth is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Engage passers-by to draw them into the booth
  • Explain basic product features and benefits
  • Secure entry forms or book in-home sales appointments
  • Collect and submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have reliable transportation for travel to booked events
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Available to work weekends
  • Customer service or promotional experience is a plus
